Private  Yoga



Hatha Yoga is a basic basis for   psysical  exercise  which  uses postures and breathing techniques as  a starting point to reach a state of Yoga  or union.


That is ultimate  goal of any type of Yoga ,and icludes the union of the mind ,body and mind ,so that we can experience  self -knowlenge  and light.


Over the centures  many educators have developed their own approach  resulting in many different types of Yoga today.



As we move and breath ,we practice Yoga restoring the ballance between mind and body.



So the balance at our disponcal ,focusing  our attention exclusively on the rhyhtm of breathing  and the synchronized  movements of the body (as in the flow)Vesrsion of Yoga  we learn to calm  the mind ,to gather with out body.



The mind and the body  become one.


Our thoughts cease to flow as a cohesive band .


Each of us recognizes the production of our emotion through  being released  by observing  exactly  the same thing in his life.




Our thoughts are we these teachers.



If we are guided  by our thoughts,we also take responsibility for our lives.




By learning to avoid discrimination,we meditate every time.



Breathing Techniques (pranayama)and yoga postures help balance the flow of prana through the Bioenergy process feeing us from the obstacles we overcome and the tension created  by our way of life.
